Brief Induction：TS-JRC single chamber rolling coating machine is type of compact rolling coating machine. Rolling system and coating system both are mounted in the chamber.

Application：The machine adopts magnetron sputtering coating proces s ing. It i s suitable for functional or decorative layer depos ition on flex ible coil such as PET/BOPP PEN/PI/PC/PE, or fiber cloth, paper roll, foam, metal coil and ultra-thin glass. It can coat non-conductive layer including Cu, Ag, Cr, Ni, Au, Mo, Si, ITO, C; or alloy layer including NiCr, NiCu and InSn; or SiO?, Nb?0?, Al?0? and CrO. It can realize single layer or multi - layer functional or decorative layer coating. The equipment is applied to coat flexible copper clad laminates , conduc ti v e fabrics, electromagnetic shielding films, lithium battery composite copper film, thin - film solarcell absorption layers/elec trode layer s , transparent conductive films, heat dissipation films, high-reflection films and other products. 

Features: The machine can be equipped with flat or rotating magnetron sputtering cathode, which can realize single side or double-side coating on substrates. It is suitable for simple coating process. It has advantages of less area occupied, high cost effective.
